  • TERMS OF SERVICE

    WILL DRAW:
    -NSFW
    -Anthro/Furries
    -Mecha
    WON’T DRAW
    -Nonconsensual NSFW
    -Fetishized violence

     

    PAYMENT
    -If the commission request is accepted, a confirmation email and invoice will be provided to the client.
    -A 50% deposit is required before work is begun.
    -The Deposit is non-refundable.
    -The Balance is due upon completion.

     

    REVISIONS
    -Art is sent for review to the client when the pencils are complete and again when the work is “finished.”
    -Price includes 2 rounds of revisions which may be requested at any time. Edits are much easier at the pencil review stage than they are at the final review stage.
    -Significant alterations or re-draws may incur additional fees.

     

    COPYRIGHTS
    -The Client has the right to reproduce and distribute the art for personal use. The Client may reproduce and distribute the art for their own personal use. This includes posting to social media, blogs, personal websites, use as avatars, and making physical prints. This does NOT include use for commercial purposes.
    -The Artist retains all rights to the art and may reproduces, distribute, edit, post, display, and use the art for any purpose, personal or commercial.

     

    REFUND POLICY
    -Either Client or Artist may cancel the commission with written notice via email.
    -The initial deposit is nonrefundable except in the instance where the Artist cancels the commission prior to beginning work.
    -If the Client cancels before the pencil review stage, a refund will be issued less the deposit amount.
    -If the Client cancels after the pencil review stage but before the final review, no refund will be issued.
    -The Client may not cancel the commission after the final review stage.

     

    AGREEMENT
    By sending payment, you, the client acknowledges having read and understood the Terms of Service and agree to and accept all terms outlined above.
